My flight was delayed, Booked a room at this location. The service was great, beds was ok, and breakfast was fresh. They will give you wake up calls. Very happy, will come again!
Shekar was the front representative and he was very very polite informative and helpful definitely deserves a raise .the hotel is the best I’ve been to in Atlanta rooms were clean , towels were bright white and the breakfast was fresh I highly recommend and will visit again and again
Quality Suites was a life saver when we missed our flight and the airline booked us in this hotel. The front desk was friendly and quick to give us our room at 1:30 am. The rooms was large and the bed was big and comfy.
Delta Airlines arranged my stay at this hotel, and I'm really happy with the experience. The hotel provides a shuttle service, which is very convenient. I felt very comfortable here - the beds are soft like clouds, and the entire property is very clean and well-maintained. I also noticed that the breakfast is great. They serve hot breakfast items, and there's also a nice marketplace available. The place is very quiet, which made my stay even more relaxing. One more thing I'd like to mention is that the staff is very friendly and helpful. Overall, I had a wonderful stay.
The room in the hotel was clean and nice and the shuttle was on time and the driver was polite. Help with my bags definitely will stay again.
I went to several places on Old National and the one's I went to was to expensive for the quality of the type of hotel. This hotel was my last hope. I was so tired. Shekar made me feel right at home. I knew I was in the right place. Shekar gave me a rate that I could afford because I told him I would be staying with them for awhile. The hotel is clean and it smells pleasant!!! I don't know what I would have done if it wasn't for Shekar. Thank You for being there for me..Marie White
I had a very peaceful stay here. I loved my room, nice, clean and big. Plenty of space to move around. Front desk was very nice. Will definitely be returning soon.
